One of our customer has adopted two children from China. One of them has her Canadian citizenship, while the other is still waiting for hers. The one without the Canadian citizenship was maintaining her Chinese passport along with her Canadian Permanent Resident Card, however, her Chinese passport expired in 2021. The last time he renewed it he utilized a translator to help them, however that person is no longer providing that service. We helped her to renew the Chinese passport.
