BackCheck.com检索无犯罪记录证明在中国无效

说明：最近一位在中国的加拿大籍华人委托我们办理在加拿大期间的无犯罪记录证明三级认证，她提供给我们的是由加拿大BackCheck.com网站提供的电子版的无犯罪记录证明。我们是第一次见到这样的无犯罪记录证明文件。经过律师公证和省认证后提交给中国驻加拿大多伦多领事馆时，多伦多总领馆不予以受理，因为中国政府不承认该网站提供的无犯罪记录，只接受加拿大警署系统提供的官方纸质文件。于是客户由委托我们向多伦多警察局重新申请纸质官方无犯罪记录，后续再进行三级认证。
