Party A and Party B, through friendly cooperation, based on relevant national laws and regulations, and in accordance with the principles of voluntariness, equality, and mutual agreement, hereby enter into this contract.

Both parties have reached the following agreement through friendly negotiations: Party A agrees to hire Party B as the Senior Art Consultant for the pre-examination training class for Chinese dance majors in this institution. Both parties agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Article 1 Term of the Contract

1.        The contract is valid from October 8, 2020 to September 30, 2023. The employment relationship will terminate upon the expiration of the contract.

2.        One month before the expiration of the contract, with the consent of both parties, the contract can be renewed.

Article 7 Miscellaneous

1.        This contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and has the same legal effect. It will come into effect after being signed and stamped by both parties.

2.        If any clause of this contract conflicts with national laws and regulations, the national laws and regulations shall prevail. For any matters not covered herein, a supplementary agreement shall be signed after consultation between both parties.
